Kundalini, Movement, and Sound
with Olivia

Class starts with a brief introduction to Kundalini Yoga and flows into a breath work meditation to get the energy moving. Yoga movement will keep the energy flowing and create space and strength in the body. Followed by a sitting Kundalini meditation using mantra and ending with a Crystal Bowl sound bath, you will leave relaxed and renewed. This class is for everyone and beginners are welcome! No experience needed. Come and enjoy a new way to create clarity, energy and vitality in your body, mind and spirit.

A Restorative Evening of Sound Medicine and Yoga
with Steven and Anjali

Combining Restorative Yoga with Sound Medicine deepens the experience of healing and relaxation for the body, mind, and spirit. Join Sound Healer Steven Bachmann and Anjali Rose, 500RYT, for a guided Restorative Yoga session with soundscapes created by didjeridu, gongs, singing bowls and other ceremonial instruments from around the world. Long held supported yoga poses amidst an enchanting bath of sound will leave you feeling calm and renewed.

Pre-registration is required with a minimum of 10 people.

Karate for Self Defense

A valuable class about situation and body awareness, prevention, as well as self defense principles and techniques. This traditional karate style has a strong focus on self defense. You will learn some basic karate techniques to use to defend yourself in different situations. Being held as a 4 week series, there will be some technique additions with each successive class, but also reinforcement of previously learned techniques, with a chance to practice them in class.
