Power Yoga
with Nancy

Power based, dynamic vinyasa practice. Thorough warm up, heat building sequences, and a full cool down to leave you feeling both strong and grounded. Modern music incorporated with traditional yoga themes and wisdom. Modifications are offered and all levels are welcome.

Therapeutic Qi Gong

with Marine

Qi Gong is a gentle exercise involving whole body movement, mind focus, and deep breathing. Qi Gong is a moving meditation. The practice can target certain illnesses, increase longevity, flexibility, strength and endurance, improve balance, and decrease pain. This 60min class is for all ages and levels of health.

Yin Yoga
with Marcia

A non-flow class using stillness to strengthen, lengthen, and hydrate deep connective tissue to increase flexibility and mobility. The practice of long, passively held floor poses balances the flow of energy and improves our physical and emotional health. All levels are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary.

Gentle Yoga

with Marcia

Begins with subtle movements to warm the body and release the fascia. Then, gentle yoga postures to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Ends with restorative poses for passive stretching and deep relaxation. All are welcome.

Five Elements Flow Yoga

with Christie

This class is a blend of Pranayama (breath work), Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, and Yoga Nidra. It looks at yoga through Ayurveda, the oldest known medical science meaning “life knowledge.” Available for all levels of students!

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

In this class we tune into the rhythm of our breath and begin to move
with ease and grace. We create strength and flexibility and we embrace stillness. Tension and stress are released from the muscles and joints as the body opens. You will leave class with a sense of stability and connection to the body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome.

Dance F.I.T. Fusion

with Robin

A fun way to get moving! With mixed genres of music and movement, F.I.T. stands for fitness, inclusion (of all shapes, sizes, and gender identification), and teamwork. Ending with a thorough cool down, stretch, and light meditation for centering and thanks.
