Power Vinyasa Flow
with Erin
This 60-minute class will follow the methodology of "Baptiste Yoga"; a power vinyasa flow that follows a vigorous form of yoga and incorporates athleticism to create asana (pose), pranayama (breathwork), and self-inquiry. The flow will include intensive movement for the first 45 minutes of class and a 15-minute cool down which will end in a peaceful and much needed savasana.

Yoga for Young People
with Erin
Yoga for Young People is a fun way to get the kiddos to join in on a practice of a life time. We will focus on the life skills of breath work, mindfulness, flexibility, and strength. These will be introduced through games and storytelling to help teach yoga through imagination and creativity!

Basics of Tarot
with Marina
Join Cosmic Marina for a casual, magical, informative evening of Tarot. Have you ever felt drawn to Tarot cards, but were intimidated by the "pros" or the idea of memorizing 78 cards? If so, you'll be happy to know that the magic of Tarot is available to anyone with curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to listen to the whispers of the heart. During this workshop, Marina will , share her techniques and guide you through the basics of the cards, and toward your own unique relationship with Tarot and your intuitive abilities. Cards are not required but you are welcome to bring your deck if you have one. It is recommended that you bring a journal and something to write with.

Yin Yoga

A non-flow class using stillness to strengthen, lengthen, and hydrate deep connective tissue to increase flexibility and mobility. The practice of long, passively held floor poses balances the flow of energy and improves our physical and emotional health. All levels are welcome. No yoga experience is necessary.

Restorative Yoga
with Stacey
Stacey provides an atmosphere for you to explore slowing your mind and body to alleviate and eliminate stressors, anxieties and problematic sleep patterns. In this exploration she offers several yin poses that are non-impact with an emphasis on stillness and relaxation. These poses are held anywhere from 3 - 20 minutes giving you the benefits of deep passive stretching in specific targeted areas with a variety of props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. You will also be guided in breathing techniques and meditation throughout the practice to deepen your healing experience.

Breath is powerful energy. If you work the breath, the breath will work you. Experience higher states of consciousness and bliss. In this class, we will clear some unwanted emotional baggage in order to come into a deep BLISSFUL state! Hypnobreathwork is a cutting-edge method using breath to clear energetic patterns, hypnosis to reprogram subconscious beliefs, and visioning to take intuitive action. This optimized process heals unprocessed emotions while rewiring limiting beliefs, and automated habits to create sustainable behavior change.
This month's session will focus on HEALING YOUR INNER CHILD.
