A 2007 graduate from The North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, Jesi is currently licensed to practice massage in Maine. She is a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Jesi uses sound, smell, heat, stretching, a variety of massage strokes, and the power of intention and intuition to release tension from the mind and body. Depth of pressure is dependent on the client and open communication. Techniques can be adjusted or omitted based on the client’s preference. Jesi specializes in cupping, reflexology, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, and Crystal Bowl sound healing when requested. Heat therapy includes hot stones, warm bamboo, a warmed table, and/or a weighted heat pad.

Darcie is a graduate of New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts and Spa Tech Institute. Her background as a spa training supervisor has given her the opportunity to work closely and train with leaders in the industry.


 

Darcie values educating the client about their body and careful listening to achieve the goals of each individual. She fuses clinically based, deep tissue, Thai yoga, and spa therapy techniques to calm, relax and restore. By adding stretching, movement, and kneading, she provides a restorative, therapeutic treatment that aids in the body’s natural healing process and helps to reconnect the person as a whole.
 Those who have benefited from her work are pregnant women, athletes, chronic pain sufferers, and anyone seeking overall wellness of being.

 

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her 2 kids.

Kelsey is a 2017 graduate from The New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts in Bridgton, Maine. She has 7 years of experience working in Maine and New Hampshire as a licensed massage therapist.

 

Easing pain in clients and aiding in the healing process of the individual is rewarding work for her. Treatments can focus on certain areas of tension or can be for general relaxation.

 

Modalities offered by Kelsey are Swedish, Neuromuscular, deep tissue, trigger point, and hot stone. Essential oils and CBD oil can be incorporated into treatments.

Christine graduated from New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts in 2003. She draws from different trainings and modalities and uses various pressure to find a balance between pain relief and relaxation, while focusing on where you need it most.

 

Christine believes wholeheartedly that everything is connected within the body and with the mind. You will leave the session feeling less stressed, more grounded, and able to move about your day with greater ease.

 

Christine is also a certified health coach, as well as a yoga instructor to help you reach any of your health goals.

Jane began her Reiki journey in 2002. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Reiki system of Natural Healing and a certified Master in Karuna Holy Fire.
 

Listening to the client and using her intuition, Jane strives to bring relaxation, grounding, and peace to her Reiki clients. She is a lifelong learner on a spiritual path and is passionate about helping others to find their inner knowing, purpose, and path.​

 

Jane is committed to the daily practice of Reiki in her life and has been a meditation practitioner for over 25 years. She has a Master's Degree in education and a graduate degree in Literacy, is certified to teach meditation to high school students, and teaches high school social studies.

Marcia has been practicing yoga for over four decades on her own and with a variety of teachers. Yoga has been with her for the majority of her life.

 

She is a graduate of Master Teacher Jacqui Bonwell’s Yoga Teacher Training and completed Biff Mithoefer’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Marcia’s passion for Yin Yoga is to bring this beautiful practice to the community and to help spread the love, light, and happiness yoga brings to life. Marcia has also embraced the path of Prajna Yoga with Master Teacher Tias Little. She is committed to continuing her training in order to learn and grow and teach from a place of experience and master training and studied with Tias again in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in order to further her skills and love of teaching. Marcia most recently completed her 500+ hour yoga teacher training with Amy Figoli in Bridgton.

Robin is a Licensed Massage Therapist and lover of spending time outdoors in the forests and on the mountains, who practiced yoga sporadically prior to 2021.
 

In November of 2021, she came down with COVID 19 and it attacked her central nervous system, threatening to change her way of life forever. As soon as she was able to get back into a yoga studio, she devoted herself to using yoga as a tool to heal from the physical and emotional toll that COVID symptoms imposed on her life. It has been through yoga that she has recovered most of the normal use of her left arm and leg.
 

After reaching a level of healing, she decided to become certified to teach yoga, as a way to share with others the healing benefits of yoga. It is also important to Robin to share the message that yoga is good for EVERY BODY, and that no one body type defines whether you are a yogi. So, at the age of 50, she became a 200 hour certified yoga teacher with additional certifications in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
 

Robin hopes to bring confidence to many others to pursue their own yoga journey. Yoga for Grief is an offering that is very near and dear to her heart.

Robin has a background in several dance styles. She grew up dancing in her mother’s dance studio in Connecticut and later joined Lee Lund’s Dance Studio as a Company Dancer.

 

Robin went on to learn Modern Dance at The University of Hawaii’s Maui College Campus and performed in The Maui Dance Festival. She also immersed into the art and language of Hula while living on Maui.

 

Robin is certified in Zumba Fitness, Piloxing, and has taught hip-hop and movement classes to all age groups throughout the Mount Washington Valley.

Linda is a healthcare professional with over 35 years of practice across settings ranging from skilled nursing facilities to primary care and with a special passion for how the body, the mind, the spirit and the environments we live in can come together to support our health and well being.

 

She was born and raised in Maine and makes her home not too far from where she spent many happy hours as a child roaming the woods with her grandmother who instilled a lifelong curiosity about plants and plant medicine. Linda lives here now with her spouse, their four dogs, and an ever-expanding cast of chickens.

 

Linda is available Mondays 10am-4pm starting in January 2025, and some weekends by request.

Jillian is a Licensed Massage Therapist & a 2024 graduate from Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. With a diverse background in food service, farming, community organizing & direct support services for folks with disabilities, they were inspired to pursue a path where they could further support others in achieving a deeper sense of comfort, safety & presence within their bodies & minds. Their own experiences with chronic pain led them towards holistic healing, where they found immense relief from massage therapy. They're honored to now be offering these services to others & are dedicated to providing a collaborative & empowering space to support you in your own unique wellness journey. 

 

Jillian’s intentional & gentle approach blends a variety of techniques from swedish & deep tissue modalities, neuromuscular massage, hot stones & aromatherapy. 

 

They can also be found playing in the garden & kitchen, foraging for food & medicine, reading a good book & cherishing time with all of the beloved creatures that surround them.

Jessica made her full-time home in Lovell in July 2024 after moving from Cape Cod.  She works full-time remotely and goes back to the Cape once a month.

 

She taught Inferno Hot Pilates and Power Flow on the Cape, most recently at Evoke Wellness in Hyannis and previously at Hot Yoga Cape Cod located in West Barnstable. Jess' teacher training was intense and went into depth on how to be a successful instructor by giving modifications for everything and being very verbal with detailed cues, explanations, etc.

 

She has been looking for a studio in the Fryeburg area and is looking forward to practicing & teaching!
