Jesi Lauder
A 2007 graduate from The North Eastern Institute of Whole Health, Jesi is currently licensed to practice massage in Maine. She is a professional member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).

Jesi uses sound, smell, heat, stretching, a variety of massage strokes, and the power of intention and intuition to release tension from the mind and body. Depth of pressure is dependent on the client and open communication. Techniques can be adjusted or omitted based on the client’s preference. Jesi specializes in cupping, reflexology, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, and Crystal Bowl sound healing when requested. Heat therapy includes hot stones, warm bamboo, a warmed table, and/or a weighted heat pad.
Jesi highly values quality nutrition, the impermanence of life, mindful action, equality of all beings, and being the best version of ourselves for the benefit of all.

Jesi leads Ashtanga practice Mondays at 8am and 26+2 Yoga Wednesdays at 8am October-April.

Darcie Reed
Darcie is a graduate of New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts and Spa Tech Institute. Her background as a spa training supervisor has given her the opportunity to work closely and train with leaders in the industry.

Darcie values educating the client about their body and careful listening to achieve the goals of each individual. She fuses clinically based, deep tissue, Thai yoga, and spa therapy techniques to calm, relax and restore. By adding stretching, movement, and kneading, she provides a restorative, therapeutic treatment that aids in the body’s natural healing process and helps to reconnect the person as a whole.
 Those who have benefited from her work are pregnant women, athletes, chronic pain sufferers, and anyone seeking overall wellness of being.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her 2 kids.

Kelsey Liljedahl
Kelsey is a 2017 graduate from The New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts in Bridgton, Maine. She has 9 years of experience working in Maine and New Hampshire as a licensed massage therapist.
Easing pain in clients and aiding in the healing process of the individual is rewarding work for her. Treatments can focus on certain areas of tension or can be for general relaxation.
Modalities offered by Kelsey are Swedish, Neuromuscular, deep tissue, trigger point, and hot stone. Essential oils and CBD oil can be incorporated into treatments.
Available Wednesday through Saturday 9am - 3pm, and by request.

Christine Lewis
Christine graduated from New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts in 2003. She draws from different trainings and modalities and uses various pressure to find a balance between pain relief and relaxation, while focusing on where you need it most.
Christine believes wholeheartedly that everything is connected within the body and with the mind. You will leave the session feeling less stressed, more grounded, and able to move about your day with greater ease.
Christine is also a certified health coach, as well as a yoga instructor to help you reach any of your health goals.

Reiki Master in the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing
Mindy Leone
Mindy began her journey in Reiki in 2018 and is a Reiki Master acknowledged by the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing.
Usui Shiki Ryoho, or “Usui Style Healing Method” is the original form of Reiki developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century in Japan. This system of natural healing is used for stress reduction, relaxation, and energy healing by channeling life force energy through the hands.
Because every client is unique, during a Reiki session, Mindy follows the Usui Reiki System sequences but also incorporates gentle intuitive movements, sound, crystals, and sometimes the use of herbs in order to effectively move energy and rebalance the body’s chakras.
Aside from Reiki, Mindy holds a masters in existential based art therapy and has always woven therapeutic modalities into her professional life, including working with children and families as a clinician and teacher. She is currently a teacher at a local Waldorf school and is working on the completion of her Waldorf Teacher Certification. She has a special interest in herbalism and finds both the medicinal and energetic properties of herbs to be useful in her approach to wellness. She enjoys making tinctures and has written an article on the healing properties of herbs for Mt Washington Vibe Magazine.
Available this summer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11-2 and by appointment throughout the year.

Jane Fullerton
Jane began her Reiki journey in 2002. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner in the Usui Reiki system of Natural Healing and a certified Master in Karuna Holy Fire.
Listening to the client and using her intuition, Jane strives to bring relaxation, grounding, and peace to her Reiki clients. She is a lifelong learner on a spiritual path and is passionate about helping others to find their inner knowing, purpose, and path.​
Jane is committed to the daily practice of Reiki in her life and has been a meditation practitioner for over 25 years. She has a Master's Degree in education and a graduate degree in Literacy, is certified to teach meditation to high school students, and teaches high school social studies.
When she isn't working, Jane and her lab Buddy are out walking somewhere!

Marcia Uhl
Marcia has been practicing yoga for over four decades on her own and with a variety of teachers. Yoga has been with her for the majority of her life.
She is a graduate of Master Teacher Jacqui Bonwell’s Yoga Teacher Training and completed Biff Mithoefer’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training. Marcia’s passion for Yin Yoga is to bring this beautiful practice to the community and to help spread the love, light, and happiness yoga brings to life. Marcia has also embraced the path of Prajna Yoga with Master Teacher Tias Little. She is committed to continuing her training in order to learn and grow and teach from a place of experience and master training and studied with Tias again in Santa Fe, New Mexico, in order to further her skills and love of teaching. Marcia most recently completed her 500+ hour yoga teacher training with Amy Figoli in Bridgton.

Jessica Smith
Jessica made her full-time home in Lovell in July 2024 after moving from Cape Cod. She works full-time remotely and goes back to the Cape once a month.
She taught Inferno Hot Pilates and Power Flow on the Cape, most recently at Evoke Wellness in Hyannis and previously at Hot Yoga Cape Cod located in West Barnstable. Jess' teacher training was intense and went into depth on how to be a successful instructor by giving modifications for everything and being very verbal with detailed cues, explanations, etc.
She has been looking for a studio in the Fryeburg area and is looking forward to practicing & teaching!

Liz Fox
Liz is a Clinical EFT Practitioner devoted to empathetic listening and compassionate inquiry.
After decades of spiritual, somatic, and intellectual seeking, Liz found a home in the practice of Clinical EFT/tapping, a blend of the ancient wisdom of acupressure and the modern techniques of Western psychology. This gentle practice calms the nervous system, reduces cortisol, and is proven to help with goal achievement, weight loss, pain reduction, stress reduction, and post-traumatic stress.
Liz creates a safe space for her clients to process deeply, release what needs to be let go, and heal thoroughly. Her sessions are always client-led and conducted in collaborative partnership. Her own healing journey has led her to believe sincerely in the nonduality of body, mind and spirit, and her sessions incorporate all these dimensions.
When she isn’t tapping, Liz is also pursuing a degree in counseling with a specialization in somatic methods to treat trauma. In the summer, she works as a landscape gardener and for the North Atlantic Arts Alliance in Hiram. She has an MA in Cultural Studies and taught history before transitioning into the energy medicine and mental health fields.

Reiki Master and Spiraldance Breathwork Practitioner
Iz Yankura
Looking for a way to relax deeper in my body and in my own skin, I became interested in Reiki in 2010 and became a Certified Reiki Master in the ‘Usui Shiki Ryoho’ style of Reiki in 2012. I will often incorporate soft, relaxing music, crystals, and flowers essences during a session to help clients to come deeper into their own energetic coherence. I offer 30min, 60min, 90min, and 120min Reiki sessions.
In the spring of 2025 I graduated from the 2yr +, 400hour Spiraldance Breathwork Practitioner training. I am a professional member of the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA). I facilitate a style of conscious, circular breathwork known as Spiraldance Breathwork, or therapeutic Breathwork. Therapeutic Breathwork takes one out of their analytical, thinking mind, and into their body. I have found that this style of somatic breathing helps folks, myself included, to access deep help emotions, stressors and trauma. This type of breathwork brings long held energies up and out of the body, circumnavigating the mind, so that we do not keep re-living those energies. I have found this modality to be deeply healing and self-empowering; helping me to come to a new understanding of who I am. I would be honored to hold space for you and assist you in releasing energies that may be holding you back, empowering you to come to a deeper understanding of who you are. Breathwork sessions typically last between an hour to an hour and half.
Available for Reiki and Breathwork 1:1 sessions Thursdays and Sundays 1-6pm, and Fridays and Saturdays 11am-4pm
