ENERGY WORK
Energy work is an ancient healing art that helps to reduce stress and promote wellness. It is simple, safe, and natural. Anyone can receive Energy Work and it complements all other healing modalities. During a session, the practitioner is a conduit for healing energy and uses a gentle laying of hands on or over the individual in order to assess the body and to provide a gentle flow of universal energy to them. One can expect to feel a deep sense of relaxation during and after a session and will feel the healing benefits the days following.

ZOE SPILLER
Zoe graduated from the New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Massage in 2007. For over 15 years, she has practiced therapeutic massage and energy work. She has studied a wide range of modalities including neuromuscular, myofascial, craniosacral therapy, Reflexology, Ayurvedic, Acupressure and Shiatsu, Thai massage, Lymphatic, Prenatal and Infant massage, Therapeutic Touch, and Reiki. She has vast experience with Trigger Point, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. She also has experience with clients who are aging or recovering from illness. She combines her practice and experience with intuition to formulate a Customized Signature Session based off the clients needs, interests and outlook. Zoe strives for every session to be a time and place for the client to connect to their own divine nature to bring about their own well-being. Zoe is also busy lovingly raising her family deep in the woods “off-grid”, surrounded by mountains, trees, animals and gardens.
